The Rosé Wine Night : 07/31/2025
The Winegrowers’ Festival is an “Open Day Operation” day for the Fontès cooperative cellar. On the program: tastings, wine fair, visit to the cellar, producers' market and various activities. An opportunity to discover all the medal-winning wines including the famous Prieuré Saint-Hippolyte Rosé. This is “the” big summer event not to be missed!
This event is dedicated to wines and promotes local products (wines, fruits and vegetables, olive oil, shellfish, cold meats, cheeses, honey, etc.) You wander through the cellar and its surroundings, between exhibitor stands, artisans, and producers.
And from 6:30 p.m., join us for a “Country Producers Market” in the parking lot of the cooperative cellar. In partnership with the Hérault Chamber of Agriculture, this market allows you to buy and consume the best farm products directly from the source. All this while enjoying the wines on a country rock atmosphere tinged with blues, swing and Sicilian folk!

Celebrated in August, the Rosé Wine Night is a festive and gourmet open-air invitation that highlights our terroir and our heritage.
This local tradition is unmissable in Fontès! It is an opportunity to promote our famous AOP Languedoc rosé vintage: Prieuré Saint-Hippolyte. Our Saint-Hippolyte brotherhood appreciates it and has already spread its bouquet since its inauguration in August 2007. Some wine lovers are also inducted during this event. The brotherhood already counts in its ranks celebrities like Eva Darlan, Antoine Coesens, Jean-Claude Dreyfus, Patrice Drevet, Stéphane Goubert, Jérôme Savary, Juan Bautista, Robert Margé... But the best known, of these “Santi Hipoliti Knights” is undoubtedly Michel Galabru. The activities are set up successively to offer you tailor-made services.
On the catering side, the cellar provides bar service while local associations cater for gourmets.
On the stage side, you enjoy a unique show to experience a transcendent night in symbiosis with the wild rhythm of the music!
