Sol : This wine is produced from grapes cultivates on different terroirs of the Pays d’Oc. The clay-limestone soil gives the wine its freshness and acidity and the stony soils, richness and roundness.

Climate : South/southwest exposure protected from prevailing winds.

Tasting

Color : Beautiful pale yellow with green highlights.
Nose : This wine has aromas of white and yellow fleshed fruits such as peach and orchard apple. Lots of complexity!
Mouth : On the palate, its perfect balance, its smoothness and its freshness make it a wine of remarkable harmony and elegance.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 10° and 12°c

Food and wine pairings : Perfect with seafood, white meats, grilled fish or even as an aperitif.
