Sol : This wine is produced from grapes grown on different terroirs in the Pays d'Oc: the clay-limestone soil gives the wine its freshness and acidity, while the Hérault plain where the rich, stony limestone soils bring richness and roundness.

Climate : South/southwest exposure, vines protected from prevailing winds.

Tasting

Color: Its color is very pale pink to crystalline.
Nose: This Cinsault brings notes of blackcurrant, strawberries, raspberries and candied cherries.
Mouth: On the palate, it is an explosion of red fruit aromas finishing with a very nice length. Its English candy flavors seduce both with their elegance and their harmony.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 10° and 12° c.

Food and wine pairings : To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with Mediterranean salads and as an accompaniment to grilled meats.
