Complex and Intense - Partially aged in barrels

Terroir

Soil : Basalt and pebbles on the hillsides.

Climate : Optimal south-west orientation allowing to give fresh and generous grapes.

Tasting

Dress : Deep red color with garnet reflections.
Nose : Spicy, roasted, blackcurrant, tobacco leaf, licorice notes.
Mouth : Silky and ripe tannins bringing lots of volume. A lot of length in the mouth.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 17° and 19° c.

Food and wine pairings : To be enjoyed with game, dishes with sauce, grilled meats and on a cheese platter.
