Tasting

Color : Light yellow with green reflections in its youth.
Nose : Fresh, floral and fruity. Notes of pears, spices and white flowers.
Mouth : Lots of freshness thanks to a very nice balance and a nice smoothness. It is a supple white wine with delicate floral aromas.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 10° and 12°c.

Food and wine pairings : This wine can be served as an aperitif and will accompany fish and shellfish to finish with fresh goat cheese.
