FONTESOLE Merlot - Red

Terroir

Soil : Basalt and pebbles

Climate : South/southwest exposure protected from prevailing winds.

Tasting

Dress : Deep red color with ruby highlights.
Nose : On the nose, there are spicy notes, blackcurrant, tobacco leaves,eucalyptus.
Mouth : The tannins are silky and ripe. Nice length in the mouth.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 17° and 19° c

Food and wine pairings : To be enjoyed with red meats, dishes in sauce, grilled meats.
