Climate : South/southwest exposure protected from prevailing winds

Tasting

Dress : Wine with a pale gold color.

Nose : Nose of ripe fruit, candied fruit and honey.

Mouth : In the mouth, we find a very nice balance between sugar and acidity.

Recommended serving temperature : 8° c

Food and wine pairings : To be enjoyed as an aperitif or dessert but also with fresh goat cheese.
