Climate : South/southwest exposure protected from prevailing winds.

Tasting

Color : Wine with a straw yellow color.
Nose : Nose of ripe fruit and candied fruit.
Mouth : A generous and round mouth which opens with notes of tarte Tatin and honey. The palate balances between sweetness and liveliness to maintain a nice balance in the finish.

Food and wine pairings : Made from late harvests, this wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with plated foie gras or as a dessert with pastries.
