Soil : Pebbles, soft limestone, basalt.

Climate : South/southwest exposure, vines protected from prevailing winds

Tasting

Color : Golden and tinged with orange highlights.
Nose : Complex scents of honey, licorice, vanilla and dried fruits.
Mouth : A generous and full mouth which opens with notes of figs and nuts. The finish is soft, well balanced, long and fresh.

Recommended serving temperature : 12°C.

Food and wine pairing : Typical of Languedoc, this aperitif is best served chilled but above all without ice cubes! It goes well with foie gras, Roquefort, melon and chocolate desserts. It can also be served at Christmas with the traditional 13 desserts of Provence.
