Sol : This wine is produced from grapes grown on different terroirs in the Pays d'Oc: the clay-limestone soil gives the wine its freshness and acidity, while the Hérault plain where the rich, stony limestone soils bring richness and roundness.

Climate : South/southwest exposure, vines protected from prevailing winds.

Tasting

Dress : Pale pink and christaline color.

Nose : Notes of strawberries, blackcurrants and candied cherries.

Mouth : On the palate, it is an explosion of red fruits aromas ending on a very nice length.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 6° and 8° c.

Food and wine pairings : To be enjoyed as a aperitif, with salads and grills.
