Application of the general terms and conditions of sale

These conditions apply to the sale of products by SCAV LA FONTESOLE on its store accessible via the Internet and by telephone. They are automatically made available to the buyer on the home page of the website: "lesvigneronsdefontes.com". The buyer simply has to click on "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) to find out the conditions of their order, even before they have started the ordering process.

Consequently, placing an order implies the buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC, to the exclusion of all other documents such as prospectuses, catalogs issued by the seller and which have only an indicative value. The fact that the seller does not avail himself at a given time of any of the provisions hereof cannot be interpreted as a waiver of availing himself of them at a later date. Our offers are exclusively reserved for private customers, excluding professional resellers.

Prices

SCAV LA FONTESOLE commits to the prices announced on the site within the limit of available stocks. Prices are indicated in Euros (€). They are indicated including tax, excluding shipping costs, except for sale and without commitment. Products delivered in Metropolitan France and Corsica: prices take into account VAT and French duties.

Delivery method and times

Delivery is made by the carrier to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. A notice of availability will be left in the event of the customer's absence. No delivery to floors. > See the "Delivery" section

Delivery times in France:

Delivery times are generally 10 to 15 days for France, 3 to 4 weeks in exceptional cases. We can often, particularly for single wine orders, deliver to you in 6 days. If you have any requirements, please indicate the date by which the wines must reach you at the latest. If we cannot meet this date, we will contact you before shipping the wines.

For deliveries to Corsica, we reserve the right to refuse your order or to ask you for additional transport depending on your order. You will then have the option to accept the additional cost that we have communicated to you (in which case we will ship your order upon receipt of payment of the additional cost) or to cancel your order (in which case any amounts received will be fully refunded to you). Delivery times for Corsica are longer than those for the rest of France.

Payment conditions

1 - Conditions of sale

The price of the items ordered is payable in full to SCAV LA FONTESOLE, upon issue of your order form on the site, according to one of the following payment methods.

Payment methods

Internet: secure payment by credit card

Please note: only credit cards with the CB, VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS logo are accepted.

Mail: payment by check in Euros to a French bank account only

a) In the "Payment" section, choose the payment method by check.

b) Make your check payable to "SCAV LA FONTESOLE" and send it to our head office address: SCAV LA FONTESOLE – 16 Boulevard Jules FERRY – 34320 FONTES.

c) Press "Confirm your purchase". Print the order confirmation sent by email or available in your account under "History and details of my orders" in order to attach it to the mail.

Bank transfer

On the "Payment" page, choose the payment method by transfer. Press "Confirm your purchase". The bank details are accessible and will be confirmed to you by email.
When making your transfer, do not forget to indicate your order number. The products will be prepared and shipped only upon receipt of payment.
The reservation of the goods is 5 days, after this period and without receipt of payment, the order will be void.

Transport and liability

The goods travel at your expense, risk and peril. It is therefore your responsibility to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery and to make reservations if necessary, as follows:
On the delivery slip provided by the carrier. And, in all cases, by notifying SCAV LA FONTESOLE within three (3) days of receiving the package.

In the event of breakage or damage, notified by reservation, SCAV LA FONTESOLE will do what is necessary to deliver to you again, or otherwise will reimburse you the amount paid when ordering. Your account will be re-credited and the SCAV LA FONTESOLE account will be re-debited. Consequently, you will be notified by our customer service.

Return of the product

Your right

In application of article L. 121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have the possibility to return, at your expense, to the address of our head office, the product within fourteen days (Hammon Law of June 13, 2014) from delivery, for exchange or reimbursement, in good condition and in its original packaging with the original invoice.

As an indication, a return for a 30kg package is approximately €50.

Coverage of return costs.

SCAV LA FONTESOLE will only cover the return costs (at the current basic rate) if one of the following two conditions is met:
The delivery is not in accordance with the order, or you have made reservations with the carrier. In this case, please contact our customer service whose contact details are given below.

You will receive the stages of your order by email (being prepared, shipped, etc.). Our customer service remains at your disposal to provide you with information.
