Soil : This wine is produced from grapes grown on different terroirs in the Pays d'Oc: the clay-limestone soil gives the wine its freshness and acidity, while the Hérault plain where the rich and stony limestone soils bring richness and roundness.

Climate : South/southwest exposure, vines protected from prevailing winds

Tasting

Color : Thanks to its subtle assembly, its color is very pale pink to crystalline.
Nose : The nose presents a beautiful freshness with floral and fresh fruit notes.
Mouth : The aromatic and airy palate reveals very fond notes of small red fruits. The finish is smooth with minerality.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 10° and 12° c.

Food and wine pairings : To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with a good barbecue or for all your sunny festive moments.
