Climate : South/southwest exposure, protected from prevailing winds.

Tasting

Color : Purple and bright color.
Nose : The nose combines captivating aromas of ripe fruits, spices, cocoa, pepper and exotic wood.
Palate : This wine for laying down, racy and balanced, reveals rich, silky, dense tannins that spread in the mouth for a long and delicious finish.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 17° and 19° c.

Food and wine pairings : This wine is an ideal companion for your red meats, your dishes in sauce and your game. It is advisable to decant it before serving.
