Round and Subtle - Partially aged in barrels

Terroir

Soil : Basalt and rolled pebbles on the hillsides.

Climate : The vines benefit from an optimal south-west orientation, producing fresh and generous grapes.

Tasting

Color : The color is a brilliant yellow with beautiful gold-colored reflections.
Nose : We find aromas of white-fleshed fruits and flowers enhanced with discreet toasted notes.
Mouth : Round, ample and complex, the palate shows good length.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 10° and 12° c.

Food and wine pairing : To be enjoyed with fish and white meats in sauce. It will also go well with cheese.
