Soil : This wine is produced from grapes grown on different terroirs in the Pays d'Oc: the clay-limestone soil gives the wine its freshness and acidity, while the Hérault plain where the rich, stony limestone soils bring richness and roundness.

Climate : South/southwest exposure, vines protected from prevailing winds

Tasting

Color : Pretty shiny color with golden highlights.
Nose : This wine has aromas of green fruits, white flowers and exotic fruits.
Mouth : A round finish and subtle floral touches give a perfect balance.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 10° and 12° c.

Food and wine pairings : Ideal to take for picnics or for large tables, this dry but very fruity wine is suitable as an aperitif, with fish and white meat or on a good cheese platter.
