Soil : This wine is produced from grapes grown on different terroirs in the Pays d'Oc : the clay-limestone soil gives the wine its freshness and acidity, while the Hérault plain where the rich, stony limestone soils bring richness and roundness.

Climate : South/southwest exposure, vines protected from prevailing winds.

Tasting

Color : Its color is very pale with fuchsia highlights.
Nose : This blend brings notes of blackcurrant and small red fruits.
Mouth : On the palate, it is an explosion of red fruit aromas ending with a lovely freshness.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 10° and 12° c.
