Nose : Aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and blackcurrant. Flavors of spices and liquorice with a touch of mint.

Mouth : Complex wine, very rich on the palate with a note of violet on the finish.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 17° and 18° c

Food and wine pairings : To taste with a nice piece of grilled red meat or in sauce, cheese and cold meats.
