Sol : Basalt and pebbles on the hillsides.

Climate : Optimal south-west orientation allowing to give fresh and generous grapes.

Tasting

Dress : The color is a brilliant  yellow with beautiful gold reflections.

Nose : We find aromas of fruit and white flowers as well as discreet toasted notes.

Mouth : The round, ample and complex mouth offers a nice length.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 10° and 12° c

Food and wine pairings : To taste with fish and white meats in sauce as well as with cheese.
