Soil : Basalt and pebbles on the hillsides.

Climate : Optimal south-west orientation allowing to give fresh and generous grapes.

Tasting

Dress : Deep red color with garnet reflections. .

Nose : Spicy, roasted, blackcurrant, tobacco leaf, licorice notes.

Mouth : Silky and ripe tannins bringing lots of volume. A lot of length in the mouth.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 15° and 16° c

Food and wine pairings : To taste with game, dishes in sauce, grilled red meats, powerful cheeses.
