Climat : South/southwest exposure protected from prevailing winds.

Dégustation

Dress : Carmin garnet color.

Nose : Spicy and basalmic nose, notes of black cherry, tobacco leaves and licorice.

Mouth : The mouth is full and dense. The tanins are supple.  The aromas of ripe fruit blend with those of cocoa to offer a very nice finish on the palate.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 15° and 16° c

Food and wine pairings : For your best occasions. To taste alone or with dishes in sauce, game, a rib of beef, sophisticated and powerful dishes as well as a cheese platter.
